Shure-BLX1288/PGA31 Combination Wireless System

The Shure BLX1288/PGA31 is a combination wireless system running a headset microphone (PGA31) alongside a handheld microphone (PG58) on a dual-channel BLX88 receiver. It is built for programmes that include both a trainer or host who needs to speak while moving and a speaker invited up to the stage.

In a training programme, for example, you may have a trainer presenting while walking the room (headset) and a participant handed a microphone for questions (handheld). This system manages both use patterns through a single receiver. Because the two channels are independent, levels can be set separately. Up to 14 hours of battery life covers full-day programmes.

If only mobile presentation is required, the BLX14/PGA31 will do; this combination system is designed for programmes where mobile and fixed microphone use are needed together.
