The Shure BLX188/MX53 dual wireless presentation system pairs professional sound quality with simple setup and up to 14 hours of battery life, delivering excellent audio for two presenters straight out of the box. The system includes the BLX88 desktop dual-channel receiver, two BLX1 bodypack transmitters with MX153 miniature earset microphones, lavalier clips, power supply, 2 sets of AA batteries, windscreens and user guide.
Product Description
The Shure BLX188/MX53 is a wireless system combining the dual-channel BLX88 receiver with two MX153 miniature earset microphones. It is built for setups where two presenters or two performers need to take the stage at once with microphones that stay out of sight.
The slim build of earset microphones earns its value in broadcast formats where two people appear on camera together, or in theatre productions where the microphone must not clash with a stage costume; two independent channels let each performer be managed at their own level. Up to 14 hours of battery life allows for long show or shooting days.
For single-presenter broadcast setups the BLX14/MX53 is sufficient; this dual system is designed for productions requiring two simultaneous presenters or performers.
