The Shure BLX188/W85M dual wireless presentation system pairs professional sound quality with simple setup and up to 14 hours of battery life, delivering excellent audio for two presenters straight out of the box. The system includes the BLX88 desktop dual-channel receiver, two BLX1 bodypack transmitters with WL185m lavalier microphones, tie clips, power supply, 2 sets of AA batteries, windscreens and user guide.
Product Description
The Shure BLX188/W85M is a wireless presentation system bringing together the dual-channel BLX88 receiver and two WL185m lavalier microphones. It is built for productions where two speakers need to appear on camera simultaneously with unobtrusive microphones.
The WL185m's slim profile makes it possible to capture sound without disrupting image quality in television shoots where two people are interviewed together, corporate promotional videos, or live broadcast formats with two presenters. Because both channels run independently, levels can be set separately. Up to 14 hours of battery life covers full-day shooting schedules.
A dual system with standard lavaliers (BLX188/CVL) is sufficient for most indoor use, while the W85M is preferred for closer camera work and productions where image quality is prominent.
