Shure BLX288/SM58 Dual Wireless Handheld System

The Shure BLX288/SM58 is a wireless vocal system bringing together the dual-channel BLX88 receiver and two SM58 handheld transmitters. It is designed for setups where two vocalists, two hosts, or two participants on a panel need to use microphones at the same time.

The SM58's broad familiarity makes it easy for different people taking the stage — invited performers, guest speakers — to adapt to the microphone quickly, which helps particularly at events with a changing participant profile. Two independent channels allow each microphone to be managed separately, and two microphone clips are supplied in the box. Up to 14 hours of battery life covers long programmes.

For a single microphone requirement the BLX24/SM58 is sufficient; this dual system is intended for formats where two people take the stage or speak simultaneously.
