Shure BLX4R Rack-Mount Wireless Receiver

The BLX4R is the rack-mount receiver in the BLX family. What separates it from the desktop BLX4 is that it mounts directly into a 19-inch rack cabinet, so in fixed installations it sits alongside the rest of the sound system.

This product is not a complete system on its own. It needs a BLX2 handheld or a BLX1 bodypack transmitter alongside it. For organisations that already own BLX transmitters, buying the receiver separately costs considerably less than a full set.

Rack mounted, cabling kept tidy

The rack mounting hardware and link bracket supplied with the unit secure the receiver into the cabinet. In fixed installations — conference halls, places of worship, schools and hotels — keeping the device off the table is preferred for both appearance and security.

QuickScan finds a clear frequency

QuickScan automatically scans for and selects an open frequency in the environment. There is no need to set aside time for frequency planning before an event; switching the receiver on and running a scan is enough.

Up to 12 channels in the same band

Support for up to 12 compatible channels per band allows receivers to run side by side in multi-microphone installations. How many channels you need depends on the use case; we work the frequency plan out with you before installation.
