AVer CAM550 Dual-Lens 4K PTZ Camera

The CAM550 houses two separate 4K lenses in a single body: a PTZ lens with 12X optical zoom, and an AI lens with a 95-degree field of view that sees the whole room.

The practical benefit of that arrangement is simple. The AI lens watches the room continuously while the PTZ lens zooms in on whoever is speaking. When someone joins the meeting late, the system detects them and re-frames accordingly — nothing gets missed.

Speaker close-up and room view at once

Picture-in-Picture lets remote participants see both a close-up of the speaker and an overview of the room. The body language and room dynamics that get lost on single-lens cameras — which only ever show whoever is talking — stay visible.

Smart Gallery with two framing modes

Headshot mode crops participants' faces individually for clarity; Half-body mode frames them from the waist up. You can pick whichever suits the meeting format and change it after installation.

24X zoom and flexible connectivity

24X total zoom built on a 12X optical lens brings distant participants in clearly across medium and large rooms. USB 3.1, HDMI and IP streaming can run simultaneously; RS232 connects it to control systems, and PoE+ powers it over a single cable.
