AVer VC520 Pro3 Camera and Audio Conferencing Kit

The VC520 Pro3 brings the camera and the conferencing audio system together in a single package. Instead of picking a camera, a microphone and a speaker separately and hoping they work together, you install a set that has already been tested as one system.

Connectivity is equally straightforward: a single USB 3.1 cable runs to the meeting PC. At the same time it can send 1080p60 video to the in-room display over HDMI and stream over IP.

Scale the audio as the room grows

The standard kit covers medium and large rooms. If the table is long, you can add two expansion speakerphones or a full-duplex microphone set. Up to three speakerphones can be daisy-chained, so everyone is heard clearly even around long conference tables.

12X optical, 36X total zoom

The Full HD PTZ camera uses a Sony WDR sensor with an 80.5-degree diagonal field of view. Image quality holds within the 24X lossless zoom range, keeping text readable when sharing whiteboards and presentations.

AI framing and automatic centring

SmartFrame detects participants at up to roughly 6.7 metres and centres them automatically. Smart Composition frames up to nine participants individually, and Preset Framing lets you define the area a presenter moves within.

The advantage of buying as a kit is that camera and audio have been validated together. Even so, we work out before installation whether the table length calls for expansion microphones or speakerphones — adding them later is always possible, but planning correctly up front costs less.
