All-in-One LED Display

A ready-to-install LED display system in which the module, cabinet, control board, power supply, and media player are integrated into a single unit.

What Is an All-in-One LED Display?

An All-in-One LED display is a ready-to-use display system in which LED modules, the mounting cabinet, the control board, the power supply, and—in most models—a media player are integrated into a single unit. Unlike traditional modular LED installations, which require on-site alignment, cabling, and calibration, these processes are completed during the manufacturing phase before delivery.

The system is offered as a fixed-size product in specific screen dimensions. In this regard, it differs from modular LED setups, where the screen size can be freely determined according to the project.

Advantages of All-in-One Systems

Quick commissioning

On-site work is limited to the suspension system and power connections. Installation is typically completed in a single day.

Predictable results

Since color and brightness calibration is performed during production, the risk of color differences between modules is eliminated.

Simple Cabling

A single power connection and a single video source connection are sufficient. This reduces the need for cable channels and infrastructure.

Built-in media player

Most models feature an integrated media player; no external devices or additional cabling are required.

Seamless appearance

A seamless single surface eliminates panel seams in video wall systems.

Portability

The all-in-one design makes it easy to dismantle and reinstall the system when relocating.

Limitations: Since All-in-One systems are manufactured in standard sizes, modular LED installations yield better results for projects requiring a perfect fit to the architectural surface or featuring unusual aspect ratios.

Applications

  • Meeting and boardrooms
  • Corporate reception and lobby areas
  • Training and presentation halls
  • Showroom and sales office presentation areas
  • Control room single-screen monitoring surfaces

In meeting room-scale applications, screens are typically viewed from a distance of two to four meters; therefore, COB-based models with fine pixel pitch are preferred.

Common Sizes and Resolutions

All-in-One systems are manufactured in standard diagonal sizes. As the size increases, both the pixel pitch and resolution change; the screen size must be selected to match the room size.

DiagonalTypical ResolutionSuitable Space

135–138 inches1920 × 1080 / 2560 × 1440Meeting room for 10–16 people
162–165 inches2560 × 1440 / 3840 × 2160Boardroom, medium-sized conference room
216 inches and above3840 × 2160Lobby, conference room, large presentation area

Installation Requirements

Although the system is delivered ready-to-use, the venue must meet certain conditions. The following items are verified during the site survey:

  • Wall load-bearing capacity. Due to the all-metal construction, the load is concentrated at a single point; drywall walls require reinforcement with load-bearing profiles.
  • Power supply line. A separate circuit breaker may be required depending on the screen size.
  • Heat dissipation. The ventilation gap specified by the manufacturer must be left behind the enclosure.
  • Transport route. For large-sized enclosures, the unit is transported as a single piece; door widths and elevator dimensions must be checked in advance.
  • Ambient lighting. Spot lighting directed at the screen reduces contrast; the lighting plan should be adjusted accordingly.

Evaluation Note: The initial investment cost of All-in-One systems is higher than that of other options. However, when installation time, maintenance requirements, and service life are considered together, the total cost of ownership is balanced out in heavily used meeting rooms.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The most common technical questions about All-in-One LED Display, answered briefly.

Ask our engineers
Video wall systems are created by placing individual LCD panels side by side, and thin seams are visible between the panels. All-in-One LED screens have a seamless surface with no visible seams.
No. These systems are manufactured in standard sizes. When a project requires a custom surface area, a modular LED installation is preferred.
Most models include a built-in media player. When centralized management of content is required, an external player or content management software can be added.
It is not installed directly. Since the weight of the unit is concentrated at a single point, load-bearing profiles must be installed in drywall walls. The wall structure is inspected during the site survey phase.
Screens ranging from 108 to 120 inches are commonly chosen for rooms accommodating 6–10 people, 135–138 inches for rooms accommodating 10–16 people, and 162–165 inches for boardrooms. The determining factor is the maximum viewing distance.
The initial investment cost is high. However, the total cost of ownership is offset in heavily used rooms because these systems do not require dimming, do not need bulb replacements, and have low maintenance requirements.
