AVer FONE700 Ceiling Conferencing Audio System

The FONE700 is a ceiling-mounted conferencing audio system for installations where nothing should sit on the table. The table stays clear and no cabling is visible, which is why it is chosen for projects that want an architecturally clean meeting room.

Each unit carries 21 microphones in total — 3 directional and 18 omnidirectional. Coverage is 360 degrees with a 3.5-metre radius per unit, and for larger rooms up to four units can be daisy-chained over a single cable.

Audio hidden in the ceiling, table left clear

Ceiling mounting means no microphone unit and no cabling on the conference table. In boardrooms and architecturally sensitive spaces, that choice is decisive for both appearance and ease of use.

Voice fencing and AI noise suppression

The system runs acoustic echo cancellation, advanced noise reduction, automatic gain control, double-talk detection, de-reverberation, AI-based noise suppression and voice fencing together. Voice fencing keeps sound from outside the defined area out of the meeting.

Camera and network integration

There is a USB 3.0 Type-C port for the PC, USB 3.0 Type-A for up to two AVer cameras, and USB 2.0 Type-A for a Bluetooth dongle. RJ45 carries Virtual Audio, and 3.5 mm jacks connect external speakers and microphones. The speaker reaches up to 99 dB SPL at 0.5 metres.
