FAQ

Common questions about iiyama

No. ProLite LH series displays ship with Android and iiSignage² built in; content is loaded directly or pushed from the cloud. To bring existing displays of other brands into the same system, use the iiSignageBox player.
iiSignage² is the cloud CMS iiyama provides free with ProLite displays; there is no per-screen licence fee as you scale. Setup, account creation and training are handled by Koz Teknoloji.
As a rule of thumb: 43"–55" for 2–3 m, 65"–75" for 4–6 m, and 86"–98" for lobbies and large halls. During the survey we measure distance and content text size together.
Yes. LH series displays are designed for both landscape and portrait mounting; portrait is common for menu boards and shop windows. The bracket is chosen accordingly.
The TE13A series is Google EDLA certified; Classroom, Meet and other Google apps install directly from Google Play, and users can sign in with corporate Google Workspace accounts.
Products are delivered with the iiyama manufacturer warranty; Koz Teknoloji coordinates the warranty process and on-site service. Remote support after installation and optional maintenance agreements are available.
