A Sound System Isn’t Just a Single Product—It’s a Complete Setup from Start to Finish
Almost all conversations that begin with “We need a sound system” are actually requests for a full installation. The sound captured by the microphone is processed through a mixer, sent to an amplifier, and distributed throughout the venue via the speakers. If any link in this chain is mismatched for the venue, the result will be poor—no matter how high-quality the other equipment is. That’s why we don’t just deliver individual products; we deliver a fully functional system for the entire venue.
Three Factors That Determine What Your Hall Needs
- Volume and Acoustics In a hall with high ceilings and hard surfaces, sound spreads out and speech intelligibility decreases. The number and placement of speakers are determined based on this factor.
- Number of Simultaneous Sources A single speaker versus a panel discussion requires a different number of channels; the number of channels determines the size of both the mixer and the receivers.
- Frequency of Use and Who Will Operate It: In a room where meetings are held daily, the system must be able to be turned on with a single button; in a room with a technical team, a more flexible setup may be preferred.
Conference Rooms and Event Spaces Have Different Needs
In conference and meeting rooms, the priority is speech intelligibility: the goal is for the person in the back row to hear the speaker without difficulty and for the microphone to avoid feedback. In event spaces and multipurpose halls, music also comes into play; the system must handle a wider frequency range and higher sound pressure levels. For this reason, the equipment lists for these two setups are different, which is why it’s important to clarify the room’s intended use before installation.
You Can Also Purchase Sound System Components Separately
If you’re setting up from scratch, pre-packaged sets that include both the receiver and transmitter are the quickest option. If you already have a working system, simply replacing the missing part is often sufficient—in this section, you can find microphones, headset systems, instrument systems, combo sets, and individual transmitters and receivers separately. If you’re not sure which one is compatible with your current setup, let us know what equipment you have, and we’ll verify compatibility before providing a quote.
Installation, Commissioning, and Technical Support
Site survey, installation, cabling, level and frequency adjustments, and handover to the team are all handled as a single package. In most projects, the audio side is planned alongside the video; our professional audio and video solutions, along with our meeting and video conferencing systems, are integrated within the same room. If you’d like to review the planning steps in advance, please refer to our audio system planning guide.
Audio System Pricing and Quotation Process
The price is determined by the room’s size, the number of channels, and the scope of the installation; any quote provided without these three details will not be realistic. Please provide us with the room’s approximate dimensions, its capacity, the number of microphones to be used simultaneously, and the intended use of the room. We’ll prepare an installation plan with alternative options based on your budget and get back to you—you can reach us via our contact page.
